Reaching out for help can be difficult. I am here to hold space for your pain and walk alongside you in your healing journey. I often see clients who want to dig deeper into the “why” behind their choices and behaviours. I am here to help you rediscover and appreciate the skills that got you through your hardest times. I use a trauma-informed approach, which means that I want to create an emotionally safe environment by establishing trust while supporting autonomy and choice.
Typically, I will use parts work and EMDR Therapy with clients who are searching for relief. In some cases, relief is achieved with new insights and in other cases relief is achieved by strengthening emotional regulation. Whatever relief looks and feels like for you, is what will guide our work together.
I have taken additional training in grief, attachment, and dissociation. I consider myself to be a sex-positive and body-positivity therapist.
